Alpha Sigma Phi is comprised of 26 talented individuals who work together to achieve the goals and aspirations of the 2025 Strategic Plan.
The Executive team works closely with the Fraternity, Foundation and CLVEN - and their board members - to help create the strategic initiatives for each entity and recruits and supports the professional staff in carrying out the objectives within those plans.
Alumni Engagement and Chapter Operations facilitate the positive fraternity experience for all undergraduate chapters and alumni of Alpha Sigma Phi. Chapter Operations works in collaboration with all departments of Fraternity Staff to provide resources, guidance, and support to the undergraduate men of Alpha Sigma Phi. Responsibilities include coaching undergraduate officers, overseeing the contracted and volunteer chapter advisor program, facilitating the formation and support of Alumni Associations, organizing events like Alpha Sig everywhere, and many more.

CLVEN is the National Housing Corporation for Alpha Sigma Phi. Responsibilities include property management, leasing, and collections for any CLVEN property.
Expansion & Growth creates and executes the Alpha Sigma Phi Recruitment Philosophy, coaches’ professional staff and Growth Coaches on this recruitment philosophy, helps ensure our chapters are recruiting the highest quantity and quality member while maintaining appropriate membership standards and grows Alpha Sigma Phi by expanding to new campuses.
The Foundation is Alpha Sigma Phi's 501(c)3 partner and channels donor generosity to support undergraduate members through educational programming, scholarships, and chapter-based initiatives. Responsibilities include directly supporting donors, coordinating the annual Founders Day Challenge, and maintaining all endowment funds.
Prevention and Accountability creates initiatives to foster a healthy and safe environment throughout the undergraduate Fraternity experience while also holding our members accountable for their actions. Responsibilities include health and safety programming (Responsible SIG, Tightrope, Highwire), college/university investigations and emergency response.
Initiatives provides education for our individual members and chapters throughout their undergraduate experience and aligns Fraternity goals to aid in the fulfillment of the 2025 Strategic Plan. These responsibilities include developing online professional development, officer training modules and web-based instruction, in-person programming such as Elevate and Grand Chapter, overseeing staff hiring, creating website resources, organizing Chartering ceremonies, and managing the awards and scholarship process.
The Marketing & Communications team is responsible for maintaining and representing Alpha Sigma Phi's brand across all media avenues. This team orchestrates the Fraternity's social media accounts, video channels, web presence, publications, email marketing and much more.
