The Ralph F. Burns Alpha Sigma Phi Headquarters is home to Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity and the Alpha Sigma Phi Foundation and is located in Carmel, Indiana a suburb of Indianapolis. An office was first established in New York City, New York in 1919 and in 1946, the office moved to Delaware, Ohio. The office was moved to Indiana in 1996. A new headquarters building was dedicated in 2002. Alpha Sigma Phi is located directly next to Sigma Delta Tau Sorority. Indianapolis is home to the largest concentration of Greek organizations in the world with over 34 international and national fraternities and sororities.
The Fraternity's archives display exists to preserve and interpret the rich history of the issues and individuals that have shaped Alpha Sigma Phi's Vision of fostering high standards of morality and character among the young men that join the Fraternity.

Fraternity Staff keep regular business hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Carmel, Indiana is located year-round in the Eastern Time Zone. We are more than happy to give you a tour of the building. Due to travel schedules of the staff, we strongly recommend calling a day or two in advance. Our phone number is 317.843.1911.
Our rich and storied history is a part of what makes us great. Years of memories and milestones are stored at the Fraternity's Headquarters building, but you can also access hundreds of scanned documents by visiting our public Archive website.

History comes to life when you step into the Ralph F. Burns Alpha Sigma Phi Headquarters. The main foyer is dedicated to the building's namesake, Ralph Burns, and includes photos from his time on staff, his official portrait, and roster book. There is also a room dedicated to showcasing our history called the Gary A. Anderson Archives Room, named after former Fraternity Executive Director Gary A. Anderson, Westminster '71, which includes photos of our Founders, a blueprint of the original Badge created by Tiffany and Company, and much more. In addition to the archives that are on display, the Fraternity also maintains archives of past national meetings, conferences, and events.
Each chapter has its own archive box at Fraternity Headquarters. Older chapters may have multiple boxes containing news clippings, photos, and keepsakes that have been sent to Alpha Sigma Phi Headquarters for archiving. These materials are archived to preserve them, but can be viewed by making an appointment with Alpha Sigma Phi Headquarters via email at tbtm@alphasig.org.
On December 6, 2017, Fraternity Headquarters unveiled a new public platform which houses digital versions of every Tomahawk Magazine, Tomahawk Monthly, Old Gal Gazette, Brotherhood Bulletin, among other publications.
